People come into your life for a reason ...

People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. When you know which one it is, you will know what to do for that person..

When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a needyou have expressed.

They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support,

To aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually.

They may seem like a godsend and they are.

They are there for the reason you need them to be.

Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end.

Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away.

Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand.

What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done.

The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on.

Some people come into your life for a SEASON, because your turn has come to share, grow or learn.

They bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh.

They may teach you something you have never done.

They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy.

Believe it, it is real. But only for a season.

LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons, things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation.

Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life.

It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.

Thank you for being a part of my life, whether you were a reason, a season or a lifetime.

GUARDIAN ANGEL...
Angels exist, only sometimes they haven't got wings and we call them friends; you are one of them.

... four things...

"There are four things that you cannot recover in life:

(1) The Stone..........after it's thrown,
(2) The Word..............after it's said,
(3) The Occasion......after it's missed, and
(4) The Time............after it's gone.."

Sugarland, These Are The Days Lyrics

Sugarland, These Are The Days Lyrics

It's written on our palms and

It's written on our hearts

It's written in our songs and

It's written in the stars

Sometimes all we can do

Is stand up tall

When they're standing in line

Just to watch us fall

Chorus:

Whoa

We can't forget, these are the days

Whoa, don't be afraid

We can't forget, these are the days

Well, we got each other and that's all we need

From here on out it's just you and me

Two hometown hearts up against the world

That don't stand a chance against this boy and girl

We faced 'em down, fought bigger fights

And I know babe we're gonna be alright

repeat chorus

Well, it feels like we're living from pay check to check

And we wake up wondering what might happen next

Yeah, someitmes it feels like we won't make it through

But the hard times pass

Like the good ones do

Baby wrap your fingers and

Hold on tight

I'll be right here beside you tonight

Baby climb up here

Watch the city glow

Let's make a wish on the fireworks below

We're making moments that we won't forget

And feeling ones that haven't happened yet

repeat chorus

Whoa

Don't be afraid

We can't forget these are the days

OLD BLUE CHAIR LYRICS ---KENNEY CHESNEY

Old Blue Chair lyrics

There's a blue rocking chair

Sittin in the sand

Weathered by the storms and well oiled hands

It sways back and forth with the help of the winds,

Seems to always be there, like an old trusted friend

I've read a lot of books,

Wrote a few songs

Looked at my life where it's goin, where it's gone

I've seen the world through a bus windshield, but nothing compares

To the way that I see it,

to the way that I see it,

to the way that I see it when I sit in that old blue chair

From that chair I've caught a few fish and some rays

And I've watched boats sail in and out of cinnamon bay

I let go of a lover that took a piece of my heart

I prayed many times for forgiveness and a brand new start

I've read a lot of books,

Wrote a few songs

Looked at my life where it's goin, where it's gone

I've seen the world through a bus windeshield, but nothing compares

To the way that I see it, to the way that I see it,

to the way that I see it when I sit in

that old blue chair

That chair was my bed one New Year's Night

When i passed out from too much cruising and

And woke up to a hundred mesquito bites,

I swear got 'em all sittin right there

In that old blue chair

There's a blue rockin chair

Sittin' in the sand

Weathered by the storms and well oiled hands

ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING

The Power Of Attitude by Mac Anderson

(excerpt from the book)
ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING...

William James, over a century ago, said, "The greatest discovery of this generation is that a human being can alter their life by altering their attitudes."

William Ward said, "Forgiveness is the key that unlocks the handcuffs of hate."

Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice. It is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved. - William Jennings Bryan

PASSION...
Wherever you choose to go. Go there with all your heart.

ENTHUSIASM...
Nothing great was ever accomplished without enthusiasm
-Ralph Waldo Emerson

When we choose not to focus on what is missing from our lives but are grateful for the abundance that's present ... we experience heaven on earth. -Sarah Breathnack

DREAMS...
A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.-Chinese Proverb

IT IS NEVER TOO LATE ...
..."It is never too late to be what you could have been." Dreams are free, and just having them can make your life worth living.

DO IT NOW...
The only things that stand between a person and what they want in life are the will to try it and the faith to believe it's possible. -Rich DeVos

Imperfect action is better than perfect inaction -Harry Truman

EXPECT THE BEST...

It's a funny thing about life; if you refuse to accept anything but the best you very often get it. - W. Somerset Maughn

Life - changing Law... You become what you think about. Simply stated ... if we choose to think positive thoughts, we'll get positive results...

ATTITUDE...
Whether you think you can, or think you can't ... you're right. -Henry Ford

First we make our attitudes. Then our attitudes make us - Dennis Waitley

ATTITUDE IS A LITTLE THING THAT MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE.

Whatever your destination - success, purpose, peace, or other desire - attitude is the fuel for the journey there.
